ANA Aeroportos de Portugal and Galp Energia lower the price of aviation fuel at Beja Airport

ANA Aeroportos de Portugal, SA and Galp Energia signed an agreement today which will lower the price of aviation fuel at Beja Airport, thus making this infrastructure more competitive in a context of strong international competition by aircraft traffic.

In addition to ensuring the supply of fuel, Galp Energia is also committed to guaranteeing a level of service that is adequate for aircrafts which, in fact, it already provides.

And so, Beja Airport will have new conditions to offer operators, namely as regards the medium and long-term parking of aircrafts, which also benefit from very competitive airport charges.

This is another example of the effort and commitment that ANA Aeroportos de Portugal, S.A., a company of the VINCI Airports Group, has been demonstrating in the development of that infrastructure, which it considers to be strategic, not only for the region but also for the country.

Furthermore, the agreement reinforces the strong partnership between the two companies, which also covers the diesel fuel supplied to airports administered by ANA.

The protocol, which has a two-year renewable term, was signed at the headquarters of Galp Energia by Jorge Ponce de Leão, the president and CEO of ANA, and by Tiago Câmera Pestana, executive administrator of Galp Energia, responsible for the retail sales of petroleum products.
